Calling & Life Focus

Born in Budapest, Hungary in 1976, Rita Zoe Kunstár-Lénárt is a global faith leader, humanitarian, educator, designer, and nonprofit CEO. Her life’s work spans nursing, interior design, education, ministry, and missions — unified by a commitment to serve, uplift, and transform communities through compassion, excellence, and faith-informed action.

At the heart of her calling is a simple yet profound aim: to help restore identity, dignity, purpose, and hope for individuals, families, and nations.

Early Formation & Professional Foundations

Rita’s early years in Budapest were shaped by both the arts and a desire to care for others. From 1986 to 1990, she studied French horn and music theory (szolfézs), developing creativity, discipline, and a sensitivity to harmony and structure — qualities that later informed her approach to design, leadership, and community-building.

In 1994, she completed nursing school and earned her diploma as a Registered Nurse in Budapest. The following year, in 1995, she began midwifery studies, which she paused when her son Mark was born. Her work in nursing gave her firsthand experience with vulnerability, resilience, and the importance of holistic care.

After moving to the United States, Rita pursued her growing interest in the built environment. In 1998, she undertook Architectural Design Studies at Rancho Cucamonga College in California, gaining foundational knowledge in spatial planning and design.

In 2005, she completed training at the Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach, California, becoming a Certified Interior Designer (IDI). This step marked the fusion of her artistic eye, technical skills, and desire to create spaces that feel safe, beautiful, and functional.

Design Career & Creative Ventures

Between 2003 and 2005, Rita worked as a Professional Drapery Designer — Intern & Assistant with Mark Levine Design in California. She assisted on-site in high-end residential projects, helping install and style luxury draperies and interiors. Through this role, she contributed to projects for high-profile homes, including residences of Celine Dion, Justin Timberlake, and other luxury properties across California, New York, Atlanta, and Florida — always as part of the Mark Levine Design team.

From 2000 to 2005, she founded and operated GotDesign, a personal design business based in California. GotDesign focused on drapery design, floral arrangements, furniture and accessory selection, and non-custom interior décor support. Her floral designs were featured at Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, reflecting her ability to merge creativity with professional standards.

These experiences gave Rita a rare blend of clinical precision and artistic sensibility — the ability to see both people and environments as systems that can be thoughtfully restored.

Education, Teaching & Early Childhood Work

From 2010 to 2014, Rita served as an English Teacher and Volunteer Educator at Fenyves Villa in Budapest, where she founded free English classes for children and families. Co-leading with her daughter Joyce, she used creative teaching strategies, games, and early bilingual development techniques to support the local community.

From around 2021 to 2024, she also worked as a Preschool Teacher / Preschool Aide in a private Montessori-based program in the USA, assisting her daughter Joyce with early childhood instruction, classroom routines, curriculum activities, and developmental support.

These roles further deepened her commitment to education as a pathway to opportunity, confidence, and long-term change.

Ministry & Mission Leadership

Rita’s professional path has always run alongside her ministry and mission work.

Since 2005, she has served as a volunteer Purpose Driven Ministry Coordinator, Translator, and Editor, partnering with the global movement founded by Pastor Rick Warren. She helped translate and edit “The Purpose Driven Church” into Hungarian (completed in 2007), prepared seminar booklets, and helped distribute teaching materials across Hungary and Eastern Europe. This work has been fully self-funded and independent; she has never been on Saddleback Church staff but has collaborated as a committed volunteer.

Also beginning in 2005, she has been active as a Missionary & Outreach Leader in Hungary, Serbia, Albania, Rwanda, and Mexico. Her focus has been on families, orphans, widows, and single mothers — offering practical support, encouragement, teaching, and prayer. Some of these trips were carried out with Saddleback Church (such as missions to Rwanda and Mexico), while others were independent or in partnership with organizations like Kelet-European Mission.

In 2010, Rita formally established More4Him (spelled exactly that way) as a personal Christian outreach initiative. Through More4Him, she has provided Bibles, translated and distributed teaching materials, supported families spiritually, emotionally, and financially, and served through preaching and community care. Although the paperwork was never completed as a 501(c)(3), More4Him functioned as her personal ministry umbrella.

Also in 2010, she created MomTime, inspired by her daughter Grace’s desire for intentional mother–daughter connection. MomTime began as one-on-one time and grew into small gatherings where young mothers and children could share conversations, snacks, support, and fellowship. This concept will be carried forward and implemented in future Let Go and Let God communities.

Since 2005, Rita has been a member and volunteer leader at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California, completing the Leadership Track (Classes 101–401), Revelation studies, and small-group leadership training. She has hosted and led small groups in her home as part of her ongoing commitment to relational, community-based leadership.
